The 2023 festival will showcase over 30 different female-fronted bands, duos, and singer-songwriters performing simultaneously in 7 venues, (4 venues and 3 outdoor stages) held on the 400 and 500 blocks of Market Street in Wilmington, DE.
The festival organizers are excited to announce their headliner will be “A Southern Gothic’s” Adia Victoria, nominated for 2 American Music Awards and 2022 Emerging Act of the Year + Album of the Year. Also on the Main Stage will be Nitro Nitra, a local rocker featured on NBC's "American Song Contest". "New this year - DJ Shadylady will be spinning from 4-5 pm at the free Pre-Party in Willingtown Square and at the official After-Party at Stitch House Brewery, from 10:30-12:30 PM, also free!"

The Ladybug Music Festival was launched in 2012 and it has become an annual celebration of women in the music industry. It features an all-female lineup of artists who are local to Wilmington and Philadelphia and nationally to all women in the music scene. Ladybug became so successful that it expanded to Milford, DE, in 2018. Ladybug grew to be one of the most popular events in Wilmington, DE, with attendance doubling every single year, and it has become the largest celebration of women in the United States.
Ladybug Music Festival continues to become even more inspired to empower women in the music industry.
