PEORIA (25News Now) - Once again, blues, soul, and southern rock return to the heart of Central Illinois.

The Blues & Heritage Festival is celebrating its 35th Annual Celebration in 2025. Festivities are set to take place at the Peoria Riverfront Festival Park on Labor Day weekend, Aug. 29-30.

The fabulous lineup includes Grammy-award-winning blues artist Ruthie Foster. Rock legend Gov’t Mule, blues rocker ZZ Ward, and Tommy Castro & the Painkillers will also be featured.

The event will include two full days of live music on multiple stages. Nighttime events are also planned. Local artists and vendors will also be there to add to the fun.
