A dry start for Donegal on Friday, with rain later in the day

After a dry start with sunny spells, it will become cloudy and wet with outbreaks of rain or drizzle moving eastwards through the afternoon and evening.

There'll be mist and hill fog too. Highest temperatures of 14 to 19 degrees, mildest in the east, with a light to moderate south to southwest wind.

The rain will clear from the east early tonight but it will stay cloudy with patches of drizzle, mist and fog. Mild with temperatures not falling below 12 to 14 degrees, in a light to moderate southwesterly wind.

Tomorrow will be cloudy and wet with rain followed by showers, some heavy. It will become increasingly breezy too, with moderate to fresh southwesterly winds developing. Humid with highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees.
