UNR School of the Arts welcomes community to the Reno Jazz Festival
RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Experience the Reno Jazz Festival taking place at the University of Nevada, Reno Thursday-Saturday, April 24-26.
Adam Benjamin, the director of the Reno Jazz Festival, stopped by Morning Break to talk about the student and professional talent being showcased this week.
There are are daytime events and evening concerts with separate tickets. Guests will need to purchase a festival pass for day events, and a concert ticket is needed for evening shows. School and group registration available.
Some of the featured artists include, Joseph L. Jefferson - who will be hosting the Festival Kick Off event; Butcher Brown - a concert headliner on Friday; and many student performances.
