Brooklyn Beckham now takes his cooking tutorials to the stage as he joins Bastille and chef Aaron Sanchez at the BottleRock music festival in Napa

He's used to presenting from his lavish kitchen, but Brooklyn Beckham took his budding chef career to the next level at the BottleRock music festival in Napa on Friday.

The son of Victoria and David Beckham, 24, hit the Sonoma Culinary stage to show off his skills to renowned celebrity chef Aaron Sanchez, 47.

Brooklyn showed no signs of nerves as he presented to festival-goers while joined by Indie rock band Bastille.

Seeing himself as the ultimate food connoisseur, Brooklyn gave a live cookery demonstration with MasterChef star Aaron, while wife Nicola Peltz supported him from the sidelines.

The star appeared to be in his element on stage and cut a casual figure in a black crew neck sweatshirt and a pair of matching black denim jeans.

The son of David and Victoria Beckham also opted for rolling up the sleeves of his black sweatshirt to show off his tattooed arms before taking it off to prepare a cocktail.

Brooklyn also donned a black baseball cap and wore it back to front and shielded his eyes from the glaring sun with a pair of classic black shades.

To further elevate the casual look, Brooklyn also opted for wearing a pair of classic white trainers.

Meanwhile, celebrity chef Aaron donned a blue shirt that featured a graphic print all over and bright red denim jeans.

The BottleRock music festival appearance comes after Brooklyn recently appeared in a video to promote a new high-brow Michelin App after news emerged stating that he was unable to fry a hash brown without assistance.

During the video, Brooklyn bragged that he spends hours scrolling through the Michelin app to find a list of restaurants with their coveted stars that he wants to try when he goes travelling,

But while he is quick to tell his wife Nicola about the places he'd love to eat, he revealed she is more preoccupied with watching makeup tutorials.

In the video, which Brooklyn posted on Instagram, he said: 'I find restaurants, obviously through the Michelin app that's one of my favourites. When I travel I've been to some cool places.

'When you have the app on your phone, it gives you the location, how many stars, hours it's open. When I tell you I'm obsessed with the Michelin app.

'You know we have six dogs, so we're up till like 2am, but while my wife, while my dogs are fighting or jumping in the bed, my wife is looking at makeup tutorials, and I'm just, I'm literally just like this,' before holding up his phone to show the app.

Brooklyn then added: 'I'm just like ''Nic babe we have to go here,'' and she's just like ''shush I'm watching my makeup tutorials.''

Continuing to rave about Michelin's app, which offers a directory of restaurants alongside their star ratings, Brooklyn added: 'It literally has everything.'

Brooklyn has been trying his utmost to launch a cooking career and has fronted his own food show, Cookin' With Brooklyn series.

He often takes to Instagram to show off his creations in tutorials but has been repeatedly roasted by fans for his 'basic' skills and use of very lavish ingredients.

In recent months, Brooklyn has been trying to kickstart his cooking career with his series and even enlisted a 62-person crew at the eye-watering cost of $100,000 to film him making a sandwich.

In one of the eight-minute episodes, he showed his Instagram and Facebook followers how to make a bagel sandwich with a hash brown, coleslaw and fried seabream.

According to the New York Post, the video had a team of professionals on hand including a 'culinary producer' who approves the recipes, five camera operations and nine producers.

Brooklyn has come under fire recently for his frequently-ridiculed cooking skills. Most recently an appearance on the Late Late Show was slammed by several professional chefs who called attention to Brooklyn's lack of training and expertise.

A source has said of Brooklyn's overblown crew for his online videos: 'It's unheard of. It's the sort of crewing you would expect on a big TV show.'

The insider added that each episode of the eight-minute online show costs $100,000 to make.

In the sandwich video, Brooklyn did not cook any of the sandwich but simply spread mayonnaise on the bagel and put the ingredients on top.

He didn't know how to fry fish and was also heard asking how to know when a hash brown is finished frying.

In the video, he said: 'I eat half the fish and then I like, mess it all up and put it in two loaves of bread with the fish, vinegar, salt, mushy peas.'

Speaking to the camera, he added: 'Coleslaw gives sandwiches a different texture, like a crunchy texture.'

The source said: 'He is to cooking what [his mother] Posh was to singing. Apparently, the guy has to be shown really super basic things and has a cheat sheet of expressions from whisk to parboil, several illustrated with pictures.'

Brooklyn's family are mentioned in each episode with the source claiming 'everything he does' is directed by his parents.
