Earlier today, a Jury found Rome man Dean Arce guilty of the following crimes:

aggravated child molestation
enticing a child for indecent purposes
possession of a Schedule I controlled substance
possession of drug related objects
giving law enforcement false information
Drugs not in original container
felony rape

Arce was first arrested back in September 2016. Since his arrest multiple other accusations and charges have been leveled at him. A local judge will sentence him at later date.

A Rome man accused of rape, Dean Arce, 27 of Rome, is now facing additional charges after a 14 year-old juvenile reported that they had sexual intercourse.

Reports stated that Arce is accused of having sexual relations with the child on at least one occasions at a home on Holland Drive.

Arce is charged with aggravated child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes.

A Rome man, Dean Arce, 27, who was charged with rape last week is now facing additional charges in Floyd County.

Reports stated that Arce was found to have possessed suspected “wax/dab” marijuana, Adderral and a compact containing “dabbers” and a vapor that is used to consume the “wax dab”.

Reports added that ARce also gave law enforcement an incorrect home address on numerous occasions.

Arce is charged with possession of a Schedule I controlled substance, possession of drug related objects, giving law enforcement false information, and drugs not in original container.

Dean Arce, 27 of Rome, was arrested on Friday after reports stated he raped a woman while she was unconscious and unable to give consent.

The victim stated that the assault occurred on September 20th of this year.

According to police, Arce is suspected to have used a “date rape drug”on the victim.
Arce is the owner and operator of a media outlet. According to Arce, it is a full-scale production firm that specializes in media, marketing, promotions, public relations and consulting.
The business is located in Atlanta with primary operations in Southeast Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Arce uses this business primarily for advertising during music festivals throughout the Southeast as well as advertising for different artists associated with these festivals. Arce has also been known to represent himself as a “photographer for new and upcoming clothing lines.”
Information discovered during this investigation has led us to believe there may be more people who have been victimized by Arce.
