Papa Roach Premiere New Single & Lyric Video "Braindead"

Multi-platinum nü-metal/alternative rock mainstays Papa Roach have just dropped their latest single, “Braindead,” featuring a guest appearance from H2O frontman Toby Morse. While an official music video is slated to arrive in July, a lyric video for the track is now available to stream below.

Frontman Jacoby Shaddix shared the motivation behind the song, explaining:

“We wanted to create something that felt urgent, honest, and in your face — and bringing Toby in took it to the next level. This song is a call to wake up before it’s too late.”

Adds Morse:

“I’ve known Jacoby for over 20 years. Very proud of him with his sobriety. Their passion and hard work is why they are still here and relevant today. They also live by the ‘one life, one chance’ motto. So it’s a true honor to be on ‘Braindead‘ sharing these words that we all live by.”

Work is still underway on Papa Roach’s upcoming twelfth studio album, as the band continues crafting new material. In the meantime, they’ll be hitting the road for a series of live shows over the next few months. You can catch them at the following dates:
