It's not very long now to the MTV Gibraltar Calling music festival, which takes place at the Victoria Stadium on 21 and 22 September, but those who wish to attend will have to purchase their tickets soon with tickets selling quickly.

The organisers announced this week that tickets can now be purchased at several places in Gibraltar: Music Corner in Main Street; the GIBOIL petrol stations in Line Wall Road and Winston Churchill Avenue; Alameda Express; Ocean Village Express and Mons Calpe Express.

Tickets can still be bought online as well, at www.gibraltarcalling.com. This is the last release of tickets, with prices ranging from £85 for a single day or £99 for the two days.

There are also VIP packages which cost £340 for one day or £399 for both.

This event gets bigger each year, and this year audiences can dance along to major names including Stormzy, Rita Ora, Rag 'N Bone Man, Texas, Boomtown Rats, Suzi Quatro, Bad Manners, Sister Sledge, Two Door Cinema Club, Albert Hammond Junior, as well as a number of local bands.
